Meet Lindsey

Lindsey Thomas is a licensed therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, identity, and emotional challenges. She provides a non-judgmental, culturally competent, and LGBTQ+ affirming space where clients feel safe to explore their concerns and pursue personal growth.

Using a person-centered approach, Lindsey draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, internal family systems, and EMDR to support healing and change.

With a deep appreciation for diverse life experiences, Lindsey brings both professional and personal insight to her work—especially with individuals preparing for or adjusting to life abroad. Her own time living and working overseas gives her a unique understanding of the challenges and rewards of international transitions.

Outside the therapy room, Lindsey enjoys historical fiction, hiking, camping, and exploring new places around the world.
